I came to Alaska, which is a very beautiful state, 
for my exchange student life. 
Here has a lot of beautiful natural to see and people are very kind too. 
It is very cold on winter, but it is very beautiful to see all snow around you.
 I didn’t speak English very well when I just came to America. 
I was very worried about that if I did not speak good English 
I would not have any friend. But, I was wrong, everybody is very nice to me, 
even they couldn’t understand me sometimes. 
But it was a problem with my host family, friends and school 
so I used my “body language” to let everybody understand me. 
Everybody thinks I am funny the problem is not a problem anymore. 
And, because my body language, I got a lot of friends.
 I got a very nice host family; they treat me like one of their daughters 
and one of their sisters. 
I share room with one of my host sisters. I though she did not like me, 
because she used to give me a serious when she walked in the room. 
At that time, I always gave her a big smile when I saw her. After a while, 
we got to know each other more and more, 
and now we talk to each other about until midnight everyday. 
I feel very happy I got supper relationship with her.
 School was very difficult and challenge for me. 
But I am very lucky that I met a lot of nice teachers. 
All of my teachers talk slower and easer to let me 
understand what point they are making. 
I taught my math teacher about a math question, he called it ”
Winnie theorem”, and a lot of people know my name then I became famous.
 I go to church with my host family every single Sunday. 
They show me their strong religious and powerful faith. 
I always expect our different and let them know that 
I have my own religious. I made a lot of friends in the church too. 
They all very kind to me and they even wrote me 
a card and gave me a book 
about Alaska at the last time of youth group.
Stay with America family; go to their school 
and go to their church are new things to me. 
I try to do my best in this year and I try 
to let more and more people know my country. 
I introduced my country in front of my friends 
and some of them google about Taiwan. 
I got a lot of stuffs from them, 
I’m very happy when they said they got something from me. This is exchange!!
